A little bit about me

Hello! I’m Katie. I’m 33 years old, and I live in Bedford, NH. I have two children (9 & 4) and they mean the absolute world to me!

I have always loved working with children! Past jobs have included babysitting/nannying, working in childcare (daycare/preschool setting), and also working for the school district (elementary) where I worked with children who have autism. I also have experience with pet sitting, so if you have animals in your home, I will love them as well :)

I have 18 credits so far in Early Childhood Education. I have also taken some Psychology classes (I was a Psych major before switching to ECE) and I think the two fields go hand in hand.

Working with children has always come naturally to me. I enjoy having the opportunity to learn about each child, really get to know their personality, and create special bonds. I love being able to help each child reach their goals, as well as be a part of their achievements, happy moments, sad moments, and everything in between!

A little bit about me

Hi!

I am a Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher with several years of childcare experience that includes working in the Infant/Toddler division at a childcare center in Massachusetts, and both Crossroads House and Hope on Haven Hill in New Hampshire. Most significant, I am the mother of two happy, accomplished and fabulous daughters- one just graduated from Boston University (my alma mater) and the other pursuing her PhD at UCLA.

My strength is working with infants and young toddlers, and I have experience with multiples. I am CPR & First Aid Certified, CORI background checked, I have a perfect driving record and do not smoke. I love animals, but I'm allergic to most dogs.

I lived and au-paired in the UK and France for a few years before having kids, and speak fluent French and a bit of Spanish.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you so much for your consideration.

"Kerstin began volunteering with Hope on Haven Hill (HHH) in April 2026. HHH is a treatment and recovery facility for women (pregnant and parenting most often) with a substance use disorder, who are often experiencing homelessness. Kerstin completed an application and orientation with me to ensure her goals align with our mission. She completed a background check and TB test and references were contacted; all checks stated she is wonderful and nurturing with children. She would volunteer typically 2-3 hours per shift and several shifts per month. Kerstin supports childcare for infants and toddlers while their parent attends groups treating their substance use disorder. Our clients quickly became familiar with her and felt safe having her care for their children. Not only did she give us the gift of her time, she also donates treats, like desserts for holidays. Her compassion and service to her communities is incredible and we’re so thankful to have Kerstin in our corner!"

A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Ruth Nwozo. I am Nashville born and raised but will be a NH resident for school starting in the fall! I have my Bachelors in Psychology and furthering my education in it.

My childcare experience ranges from infants to toddlers to preteens. Some of my favorite activities I do with children is coloring, playing board games, any arts and crafts, narrative play with dolls, dinosaurs and more! I enjoy caring for children as they really bring out my inner child!
I have experience with behavioral therapy for kids with autism and special needs. I am CPR and first aid trained.

Outside of babysitting, I love to listen to music, cook (when not super busy), crafts like patchwork, and digital scrapbook.

If there's any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out! I hope I can be of assistance to you and your family!
