A little bit about us

Hi there! We are a family of 5 with 2 dogs looking for an occasional babysitter so Mom and Dad can be young again! Our girls are 7, 6, and 4 months but we only have our two oldest the last two weeks of the month! Our 6 year old has autism and is nonverbal but very vocal. Our 7 year old is great help with both of her sisters. Our 4 month old still takes breast milk with formula supplemented here and there but there will be frozen breast milk available and we prefer to use that ☺️ We have a 7 year old Weiner dog and a 4 year old pitbull both are protective (they like to bark but that is all) of the girls but loooooove attention. It can get quite loud/wild in our house but the girls are very good at settling down when they need to. Our house is full of games, toys, books, and sensory play so there is always something to do as well as just hanging out and watching a movie! We look forward to hearing from you!

A little bit about us

hi I need a babysitter on the weekend Saturday I get my kids at 12 PM return them at 6 PM on Sunday. I get them at 3:48 PM so I only need a sitter on the weekends for those hours for preferably one that drives and can pick me up from Eugene and then go get the kids in Salem. Those kids have special needs so I would have to sit with them so they don’t unbuckle their seatbelts and their boosters

A little bit about us

Hello! We are a family of 5. Our oldest is in grade school and we have our littles ages 3 and 1. We are in need of support Monday-Thursday, occasionally a Friday. My 3 year old is on the spectrum and will start part-time preschool in the fall. I’m hoping to find someone that can help support our family, while we navigate many changes. We might need support with getting kids dropped off or picked up from school. But this isn’t set yet, as I mentioned there are many things that were currently navigating at this moment. Thank you for your time!

A little bit about us

I want my 3 little ones cared for a couple of times per week. My middle child, age 3, is likely on the spectrum and frequently throws temper tantrums. My other children are 21 months and 4 years. My 21-month-old might be on the spectrum but he is super chill. My 4-year-old seems pretty normal. Everyone says my kiddos are really well-behaved. I don't know what they will do with other people. As long as you are sweet, empathetic, and understanding, I'm sure you will love them.

We parent with the Hunt, Gather, Parent book. We don't say "good job." We do say words of encouragement and use more direct forms of recognition. If the kiddos are doing their thing, we don't interrupt even with recognition unless there is a serious reason. We relate good behavior and bad behavior to being a big kid or a baby. And it works really well. We try not to compliment them too much so they don't become praise junkies. If you have any questions about our methods, I can send you articles explaining our methods and if you become a long-time caregiver for my kiddos, I can and will likely buy you the book we use to parent.

I would really appreciate help keeping my house clean, as well. We try to involve the kiddos in the cleaning but we don't push it. We would just like some help watching and caring for our kiddos 2 days a week. My husband will be there while you watch my kiddos. He may leave for an hour or have you watch them at a local park so he can get space but he will be there most of the time. We are asking for help because my husband and I are on the spectrum, and the little things can become overwhelming.

When you start, it will likely only be 1 to 2 days per week.

We are all vaccinated and I would prefer anyone coming into our home to be vaccinated as well.

Thank you and have a nice day.

A little bit about us

My daughter Sophia is 17 and has Down's syndrome. We own a Living Support agency that rents a space where other disabled teen clients can hang out after school from 3-6pm Mon-Thur. We will be adding Saturdays from 1-4 in February.

One of our staff would pick her and 3 others up at Churchill high school and be driven up to the space on Parliament St. You would meet at Parliament and be part of the activities there, music class, art, games etc..then bring her home off City View.

Extra bonus available for some weekend overnights if her Dad and big Sister can't stay with her. (Not a requirement)
