A little bit about us

Our family currently consists of 9 children: 4 boys and 5 girls. I am recently divorced and returning to the workforce so I am in need of a nanny. Of the children, 6 are school-aged and will be in school and activities from 8:45a-5pm. The remaining 4 children are the children the Nanny will be most involved with.
I am looking for a candidate who is willing to work 5 days (M-F, 7:30a-5pm). I am looking for a nanny who is comfortable driving our children to school, BUT I will be picking them up from school on my way home from work. I leave for work very early in the morning, so a vehicle will be available to the Nanny provided her license is in good standing. Once the children are dropped off, the nanny will continue the care of the 4 youngest, a set of twins and 2 daughters. My 2 daughters are currently on a parenting schedule with their Dad, so when they are not present , it will be just the twins. Because of our large family, I am looking for someone who can be dedicated to our family, who is able to think independently, work autonomously, and excellent communicator.
The children are vegetarian, so candidate who's comfortable with preparing vegetarian snacks/meals. I try to meal prep on the weekend to simplify things but the Nanny will be expected to help in ensuring the children get breakfast, snacks, school packed lunches, and dinner.
Nanny must be comfortable helping with homework and helping reinforce structure through cleaning up, chores, and constructive activities. Candidate must have the energy to keep up with my children's energy, someone who can find creative ways to keep them busy in constructive ways, who is creative in redirecting and de-escalating, who is good at time management, who are not only honest but also has great patience, and can work harmoniously with others. There may be times that i need candidate to accompany us on vacations and outings. Pay is negotiable. Looking for immediate- start candidates.
