Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive and loving care for both children, ensuring their safety.
* Create a stimulating and engaging environment for developmentally appropriate activities.
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
* Maintain the children's daily routines, including naps, feeding schedules, and playtime.
* Change diapers, dress the children, and assist with basic hygiene needs.
* Engage in interactive play, reading, and educational activities to promote cognitive and social development.
* Take the children on outings to library, parks, and other age-appropriate activities.
* Housekeeping duties are part of this role: Laundry, dishes, and child clean up -- such as tidying up toys and washing bottles. Family laundry is also expected here.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's progress, activities, and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with both infants and toddlers in a multiple setting; preferably as a nanny or childcare provider.
* CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children, or willingness to obtain certification.
* Must have at least 3 strong references from previous employers or childcare clients and MVC records.
* Reliable transportation to commute to our home and Non-smoker

Duties: school drop-off and pick-up; drive kids to appointments and activities; engaged childcare during on-duty hours; light meal prep; light housekeeping / laundry / kitchen reset (not deep-clean).
We provide a private room (will be furnished before your start date). Clear schedule and days off confirmed at interview. Mom is the only supervisor.
Must have: valid driver’s license + clean driving record; comfortable with three kids including a teen; background check + solid references; CPR/First Aid preferred; discreet (no social posts about the family).
Start: ASAP for the right person. Pay DOE — Charlotte live-in roughly $19–$25/hr cash wages or weekly equivalent for ~40 hrs (discuss at interview). Exact address shared after screening.

We are looking for someone on the weekends to do educational and functional play. Please understand this role will be educational and intentional. Assisting an ASD child with her development and language acquisition. May include taking her to music and swim.
The hours would be 8a-6pm every weekend.
