Key Responsibilities
- Infant Care: Maintain a consistent afternoon nap routine, bottle preparation and washing, tracking milestones, and feeding baby-safe foods lunch/dinner.
- Toddler Engagement: Support potty training routines, prepare and clean up after meals, and plan engaging activities like reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Transportation & Outings: Safely drive the children to local parks, library story times, or afternoon activities using provided car seats.
- Light Child-Related Housework: Clean up eating/prep areas after meals, keep play areas tidy, and occasionally wash and fold the children's laundry during nap times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional childcare experience, with verified experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously.
- Driving: Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a safe, reliable vehicle with room for two car seats.
- Safety: Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications are strictly required.
- Traits: Patient, high-energy, punctual, and an excellent communicator.
