A little bit about us
I am a busy working mother and student seeking a dependable, patient, and caring Learning Coach/Nanny for my 8-year-old daughter, Ava.
I work remotely from home and am looking for someone who can spend a few hours several days a week providing educational support, supervision, and companionship while I work.
Ava is a sweet, social, intelligent, and independent child who enjoys interacting with others. She does well with one-on-one attention, encouragement, and structure.
Ava was born with a congenital heart condition and underwent open-heart surgery as an infant. Due to extended hospitalizations early in life, she experienced some educational delays and would benefit from additional support with reading, writing, and online learning. She is very bright and capable and simply needs someone who can help her stay engaged and continue building confidence in her academic skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with online learning and educational activities
• Helping with reading and writing practice
• Assisting with virtual therapy appointments when needed
• Playing educational games and engaging activities
• Providing supervision and companionship while I work
Ava is highly independent and can get most of her own snacks and drinks. This is not a heavy caregiving, medical care, or housekeeping role. We have a house cleaner, so no cleaning is required other than helping with occasional spills or simple cleanup after activities.
I will be home the majority of the time. My goal is to find someone trustworthy, reliable, and patient who genuinely enjoys helping children learn and grow. Experience in education, tutoring, childcare, special education, or child development is a plus.
Ultimately, I am looking for someone that both Ava and I can build trust with and who can become a positive, dependable support person in our lives.

A little bit about us
I need someone who is both experience with working with multiple kids as well as infants/toddlers. Our kids ages are 10, 3, 2, & 1. You would only be responsible for the three younger ones during the day. They are on a schedule and all nap around the same time so you will have a little downtime. I just ask that you pick up toys and do a quick refresh of the downstairs area before you take a well-deserved break! My mom does also live with us and will be in and out of the house to go to appointments and things, but can assist when she is home.
We prefer someone from a Christian faith (not a requirement). There are certain things we do not allow our kids to watch/listen to and we want someone who can respect our family and decisions.
Our home does have cameras so you would need to be comfortable with that working environment. I do have a closet filled with arts and crafts items. If there is any activities or meals that you would like to plan for the kids, I just ask that you check our supplies/fridge/pantry and if there is anything you need for me to pick up just write it on the fridge!
Open communication is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of our kids. If the kids are sick or you see scratches or rashes, we want to be informed immediately. Must be comfortable administering meds/epi pen. We also want someone who can come with a structured day planned so the kids aren’t just watching TV all day.
There may be times where you will be responsible for all 4, if the oldest is sick. He is extremely helpful, but does have ADHD so we ask that you are patient with him.
