We have a 3 month old super sweetie who is extremely easy. Changing, feeding, and engaging during wake windows, along with light baby-related tasks as bottle prep and laundry, is what we are looking for. Our baby is immuno-compromised, so our nanny would have to be comfortable masking up during their care. We also have 3 cats.
A sweet grandma or confident tender type is ideal but we are not limiting anyone if you're an awesome person!
