We have older children as well, but they likely wouldn’t be home during the work time frame or would require very minimal interaction as they’re teenagers in school during the day.
We are flexible with regard to work hours at this point, so you could establish your own recurring schedule within the Monday-Friday work week that would be best for you. I just need someone to entertain and care for the littles while I work from home part time. Light housekeeping and cooking would be required, only to feed the kids and clean up after any messes made during the workday.
