A little bit about us

Looking for a nanny to take care of my six year old daughter. M-F. Some days will be longer than others do to my line of work. However, the compensation is worth it. My hourly rate per hour is very competitive. My daughter is very friendly and lots of fun. She love being outdoor and doing tons of activities. Some hobbies of her is reading, writing, coloring, music, dancing and video games. Not saying you have to be outdoors with her because I prefer indoor activities more so. Looking for an energetic nanny who is willing to be dedicated to learning and play. My daughter name is Sincere and she is getting ready to start her 1st grade school year this upcoming August 2021. Im looking for someone to pick up by 6pm from aftercare program M-F. There maybe additional days needed with longer hours, in which, you will be notified in advance. I work anywhere between 40 to 60 hours a week. My work schedule is M-F 1045a to 715p these hours may vary. On date for this job position is immediate hire! Start date is July 19th 2021 needed by and no later than July 16th 2021. Please serious candidates only. The first two weeks will be more hours and pay. From July 19th 2021 to July 31st (the hours and pay will be discussed during interview).Thereafter, school starts August 4th, 2021 and then you will be needed for pickup from aftercare by 6pm. A little bit about us

We are new to the Indianapolis area. Moved here earlier this year from VA Beach to have a fresh start and to fulfill my career as the regional manager of a new bakery. I have recently become a single mom and still navigating how to juggle both mom life and my business. With that being said, it has been a daily struggle. Daycare does not work for me unfortunately due to the late night hours my job sometimes requires. So I've been having to just take her to work with me. As we are expanding and opening more locations for this business, I will need all the help i can get. The hours will vary each week. But I would like to aim for a set schedule with a nanny. It would be from noon to late afternoon some days.. and other days 6pm to about 3am due to my store being open until 2am. Must be available on weekends.
My daughter is the sweetest 3 year old. She is super smart for her age, very caring, loves to share, she is obsessed with makeup and will probably try to put lipstick on you 20 times a day. Very girly! And she is a princess for sure. She loves to do any crafts especially painting, loves all toys, and disney movies. Loves playing outside and going to the park. She is in the phase tho of being super independent. She is sassy when she's told no. We are working on it. But she is such a happy girl all the time and a joy to be around! Since her dad has left, she has been super clingy to me and is having some abandonment issues. So this will be difficult for the both of us at first. Will need someone that has lots of patience as we are adjusting to this new lifestyle

A little bit about us

Looking for a Nanny who also wants room and board, but not a deal breaker if we can make it work otherwise! Strict but fair. Role model of sorts! Currently going through a divorce where my wife’s duties were getting the kids to and from school, and typically house care. Some of that would be great, but I’ve only been married 3 years, so most upkeep around the house is something I’ve done myself for years anyway! We do not have children together, so she will obviously be taking her 13 year old daughter with her, and I will be raising my 11 year old daughter alone. This was an easier task in the years before the marriage because I worked for another company. I started my own company a year and a half ago so it’s been a pretty demanding experience . I wish I could give a bit more info at this time about the hours needed, but the reality is it’s not a straight forward answer. 2 things that would be crucial, however, is the ability to take her to school Monday - Friday.
