In search of a flexible nanny or nanny share to start at the end of September or early October. Our daughter is a very easy going 10-month-old. It would be approximately 18-25 hours each week around 10am-6pm. I am a nurse and my shifts rotate each week so the days would change slightly each week. I will have my schedule 6 weeks in advance so would know the days with some advance notice. It would be 2-3 days each week.
