A little bit about us
About us: My husband and I both WFH in Tech. We have a dog and two cats. Our son Emmett just hit 8 months old and is the happiest little guy in the world. I just returned to work this week and would be looking to start both nanny and potential share set up the week of 7/27 but flexible on when the family wants to join.
What we are looking for in another family:
One other child to join in with our 8 month old son
Relatively close in age would be ideal so the nanny can focus on developmental milestones with both
M-Th 9-4 or 5 with the potential for half day on Fridays. Open to a partial share as well depending on schedules.
Comfortable having the share in our home in Ivey Ranch but open to discussion
While we are in conversations with a couple of nanny candidates right now, we are open to any candidates that might be interested/aligned!
Nanny Criteria:
$25-34/hr depending on experience and how many children you are caring for. Likely you will start with only one child and family.
guaranteed 30+ hours a week
M-Th 9-4 or 5 with the potential for half day on Fridays
College degree preferred or experience in early childhood education
Focus on engaging the children and enriching their education over just distraction
Comfort introducing new foods and textures
Okay with WFH parents (we would be upstairs and separated)
Clean driving record & Current license
CPR certified
Dependable, organized, and proactive
Excellent references from previous nanny families
On both accounts its really important to us that we find the right match and everyone feels good and comfortable with the partnership. If you are interested in either portion please shoot me a message with a little bit about you, your background, and what you are looking for. Thanks in advance! ❤️

We are looking for someone starting in August to care for our two daughters ( 2 years and 6 months in August). We are looking for someone that is very flexible as we only need care 3 weeks out of each month. For the three weeks each month, the hours would be 8:30am-4:00 pm Monday -Friday. During the “off” week we will provide ample amount of notice for the week that we will not be needing assistance. My husband works from home, however some days he will be out for meetings, thus we would want someone to have a car in case of emergencies.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
-CPR certified
-have their own transportation.
In addition, you must be comfortable with pets ( we have one dog who is an indoor dog and she is extremely loving and gentle).
Please send us a message if this position would be something you are interested in!
Hope to hear from you soon!
