A little bit about us
I’m a first time parent to our baby girl, Olivia, who is 4 yrs old while you will be caring for her. We are hoping to have someone at least 4 days at our home between 5 - 9 hours. The schedule is Monday (every other) - Friday from 1 pm - 5 pm.
We also have a pet dog, Jax, who might need someone to play rope or fetch with as well.
Our expectation is that you keep up with her, keep her out of trouble bc she is very active and has lots of energy! My daughter receives therapy at home so it would be great once she is out, that you follow the same program and engage with her. Some light housekeeping would be great, such as tidying up her toys and prepping her snacks and tidying up her plates and drinks. I work from home and definitely could use the help with keeping up with her!

In contrast, my first daughter is mostly independent of her needs. My autistic son has the most need. My last son is a happy infant when he is dry, fed, and in company. My husband and I are down to earth, and the right person will easily integrate into the family and feel at home. A typical day should start by 10 am and end by 4 pm Mondays through Fridays. Duties include light cleaning, infant feeding, partnering, and companion to my autistic child, help with homeschooling/virtual schooling and homework, if possible, pick up and drop off when school transitions back to in-person instruction.
