I'm looking for a sitter that's very reliable and patient for my son who is 4. He's non verbal with autism so the sitter will need some experience working with special needs children.
I will be starting a new job soon, the hours I'll be working is from 6am-1pm. It's a set schedule so this will be the same hours everyday.
The sitter must have a car and must be at my home no later than 5:30am.

My husband and I own two business in Newburgh, NY and need flexible assistance with drop off/ pick up from school and activities, help making meals, light cleaning and watching/do activities with our son when we have to work late or have other obligations.
We have one dog and two cats. All of them are super loving and friendly. Pet care is not necessary but could be helpful at times.
We are struggling on creating a concrete schedule as our lives tend to deviate a lot - I figured once we find a match we would discuss what can work our best for all of us.
