* Full-time availability (M–F), with flexibility in schedule if we work earlier/later in the city
* Someone who’s nurturing and playful and but also tuned in to developmental needs
* Creative with baby playtime – think sensory play, reading, music, etc.
* Willing to get out and about for walks, baby classes, or meetups (social time!)
* Maintain a consistent daily routine including feeding, naps, playtime, and hygiene
* Light baby-related housekeeping duties (bottle washing, laundry, tidying play areas)
* Communicate daily updates and milestones to parents
* Up-to-date on vaccinations, CPR/first aid certified is a big plus
* Bonus if you’re comfortable helping out with our Lilibet (letting out, feeding, etc.)
