A little bit about us
We have two wonderful kiddos: a curious, energetic 5-year-old boy who loves exploring and a sweet, silly 2-year-old girl who loves keeping up with her big brother.
They love parks, playgrounds, crafts, sensory play, science experiments, and getting out for adventures. We also have memberships to places like the Discovery Museum, so there’s always something fun to do!
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
12:50 PM–approximately 4:00 PM
You’ll pick the kids up from school at 12:50 and spend the afternoon with them. We can be somewhat flexible if needed! This follows the school-year schedule, with the possibility of different summer hours and additional weekend/date-night hours if desired.
Pay: $18–$20/hour, negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities include: school pickup, planning fun activities/outings, preparing simple lunches/snacks, cleaning up after meals, tidying the playroom/kids’ areas, keeping the family vehicle picked up, and occasionally helping with light laundry.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, experienced with young children, a non-smoker, and has an excellent driving record. You should be comfortable driving the kids; our family vehicle with car seats can be provided. CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
Mom and Dad both work from home much of the time, so we’re usually nearby if needed, but we want someone comfortable taking the lead and making the afternoons fun!
Our amazing nanny has been with us for four years and is moving on to a new chapter. We’d love to find someone who becomes just as special to our kids. We’re flexible, understanding, appreciative employers and truly want someone who will become part of our family’s village.
If this sounds like you, please send us a little about yourself, your childcare experience, and references. We can’t wait to meet you! 💛
