I need someone to be with him while I'm at work. We live with my mother, so a family member will be home with you. I want someone to help my mom take care of him part time since I've gone back to work. Trying to avoid part time daycare.
I'd like him to be with someone who will hang out with him outside in the backyard, take him on strolls around the neighborhood and through nearby parks, make sure he's being fed, and is also maintaining his nap schedule. He has a play gym with lots of development toys that can be utilized when my mom isn't zoning out on the tv. I'm struggling to limit screen time while my mom cares for Lucas, because she likes her Chinese and Korean shows. (We're Japanese)
I'm open to part time help. Critical days are Wednesday and Thursday from 7am to 12pm.
This is a live-out position.
If Lucas naps while you're here, you'll have to take the nanny cam and hang out nearby but away from my mother. This means if she's gardening, to hang out in the living/dining area. Or if she's inside, to hang out in the backyard or nearby. There's a starbucks up the block. My mom is being weird but I think she just doesn't want to feel like a host. I'm sure she'll warm up and let you hangout inside when she's inside at some point.
Also we have a dog and cats. The dog is old and avoids the baby but tends to wake him if she starts to pace the hallway. The cats are getting better but mostly avoid him. No pet care is required but avoiding the orange cat is for the best. She looks sweet and pretty but she's just pretty lol. The other cat will hide from you until she knows you and is very sweet. The dog will love you if you ignore her at first.
