A little bit about us…

Hi! We are losing our amazing long-term nanny due to relocation and looking for a new nanny to help our family in a permanent role! We have 4 children (8 year old girl, 6 year old boy, 4 year old boy and an 8 month old girl). Our nanny is primarily focused on the younger two kids, operating as a team with Mom, who works part-time from home and is also with the kids in the afternoon. You would not be expected to manage all kids at once - this is always a team effort - but the daily schedule is ever changing, so that needs to feel comfortable and fun for you!

Key attributes:
*LOVE kids - high energy, playful and above all, loving
*Proactive in setting up activities and playdates for kids outside the house
*Comfortable setting and following family structure and expectations (we are not an anything-goes family with behavior... teaching strong values is important)
*Flexible and comfortable with chaos of a larger family and constantly changing schedules for kids' schools, activities, etc.
*Want to work in a team setting with mom
*Highly reliable - on time and committed to our schedule
*Help with kid-related tasks to keep the family running (groceries, meal prep, etc)
*Comfortable and safe driving kids (in a car provided by the family on the job)

Hours are Mon - Fri, beginning at 11 or 12 (your choice), ending at 7pm. We will guarantee 40 hours / week minimum, plus paid holidays, vacation time and sick leave. Travel and overnights are not required, but a "nice to have" on rare occasions, if interested.

We view this as a long-term position that would not change as our kids age, so hope that we can find a nanny who wants to be with us through all ages and stages.
