A warm and welcoming Leland family is searching for an engaged, energetic nanny to care for their playful 1-year-old son, and a baby girl arriving this June.
This is a great opportunity for a nanny who loves working with infants and toddlers and would enjoy growing alongside a family during an exciting new chapter. The role begins part-time, with the potential to grow into more hours or a full-time position after the new baby arrives.
SCHEDULE:
Start: April 13, 2026 (flexible for the right fit)
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM/12:00 PM – 4:00 PM/5:00 PM
(Family can offer some flexibility here based on nanny preference)
Starting at 15 guaranteed hours/week - Can increase to 25 hrs/week after 90 days (once baby is born)
*Potential to increase hours further later in the year/early 2027.
*Will have occasional additional hours based on mutual availability
COMPENSATION:
Pay: 22-$25/hr DOE

REQUIREMENTS:
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
Willing to undergo and pass a background check
Provide 2 to 3 professional references
Experience with infants/multiple children
Able to walk up and down stairs carrying 30+ pounds, active and energetic
Proactive and able to take initiative
Reliable and willing to care for sick children
Comfortable with 1 dog (no pet care required)
