A little bit about us…

I have 2 beautiful daughters Kiersten (5) and Melody (6months) Just became a single mother working out of the home after 2 years of staying home and also trying to figure out if I'm going to go back to my spouse.
I work for Midland County and sometimes have long days. Also during mornings could start 6am and evenings could be as late as 10p. My normal work schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5.
I would like the nanny to help with Feeding kids(Breakfast and Lunch & of course bottle feeds every 3-4hours) , Playing with them(encourage independent play is fine as well), general cleaning up after the kids(dusting would be appreciated), kids' laundry and dishes. I would like the same nanny if they could babysit in the evening sometimes, but it would not be very often. Once school starts for Kiersten, I would like the nanny to be able to pick her up from school if grandparents are not available to do so, schedule will be discussed once Nanny is placed. If nanny babysits in the evenings bathes would be expected, if kids get super messy during the day.
We live an apartment that is pretty small but the girls want for nothing. Kiersten loves to be outside and Melody can join her outside too. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't have a playground but has sidewalks that Kiersten can ride her scooter on . Kiersten is deathly afraid of animals specially if they surprise her so be mindful on walks if taken.
I'm willing to share our food and drinks, but nanny is encouraged to bring their own preferred food and drink and can store in fridge or pantry(clearly marking their food and drink, please).
Any other questions that the nanny has I am glad to answer.

A little bit about us…

I have 4 lovely girls and need help! My husband has a demanding job and my third has special needs that require quite a few appointments each week. I’m looking for someone who can help me with pick ups and drops offs, stay here so my husband and I can go to our older kids activities without disrupting our littles. I’d also love help keeping the kid areas picked up and organized. We have one dog- he is a service dog for our daughter! Super easy. We would love to offer our nanny travel opportunities to go new places with our family. I anticipate needing about 20-25 hours of care each week. Mostly afternoons and evenings. Monday and Friday I might have you start earlier depending on our schedule. We would not need weekends except some date nights. We are a very loving, happy family and would love just an extra set of hands. I stay home and will remain very present and involved!
