A little bit about us

Looking for a full time nanny to care for two boys. Hours and schedule are may vary week to week due to mom and dad traveling for work. We will typically work the 8-5 shift but may be home earlier or start later in our day. Primary care for Benji and Sammy, some pet care for a medium/large dog are expected. Light housekeeping may be involved related to baby and toddler, such as cleaning baby bottles, washing baby’s clothes, picking up toys and clean up after meals. Must be comfortable with cameras in the house and have their own transportation. We would like if Sammy and Benji could participate in local story times and playgroups possibly gymnastics class for Sammy. We would prefer a bilingual nanny as we would like to expose the children to Spanish language or even ASL. Someone knowledgeable in project based learning such as Reggio Emilia or child led play such as Montessori would be a huge plus. We are Catholic and would like our children exposed to those beliefs so we hope to find someone comfortable to that. Mom will be working out of the house some days and Benji will need occupational and physical therapy sessions. Their aunt will be over some days to help with therapy and appts. We use positive guidance and discipline with the boys and believe Sammy may have ADHD. So he needs routine, consistent redirection and consequences. We are happy to discuss pay and responsibilities in a home visit prior to work beginning.

A little bit about us

We currently have a 2-year-old toddler and will be welcoming our second baby in March.

Our toddler is very active and curious—he loves jumping on his trampoline, going on walks, playing at the park and in his playground, and reading books. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping up with his energy, teaching through play, and supporting his development in a nurturing and engaging way.

Phase 1: Before Baby Arrives

January 12 – February 27
• Care for 1 toddler (2 years old)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday
• Hours: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (4 hours/day)
• Rate: $15/hour

Phase 2: After Baby Arrives and Maternity Leave ends

Starting April 20
• Care for 1–2 children, depending on the day
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (5 hours/day)
• Rate: $17/hour

Weekly Structure (Phase 2):
• 3 days per week: Care for the infant only while the toddler attends daycare
• 2 days per week: Care for both children at home
• Occasional responsibility: Picking up the toddler from daycare on some days (daycare is local)
Responsibilities Include:
• Engaging our toddler in active play, reading, and age-appropriate learning (colors, letters, words, etc.).
• Supporting developmental milestones through play and curiosity-based activities.
• Providing attentive, loving care for our infant (feeding, soothing, naps, basic routines).
• Occasionally picking up our toddler from daycare and helping with the transition home.
• Taking the toddler on outings such as the library or park when appropriate.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized environment related to the children (their room, clothes, toys, and play areas).
• Being comfortable around pets—we have two large, friendly dogs who are part of our family.
Additional Details:
• I work remotely, so the schedule may have slight flexibility week to week depending on meetings.
• Daycare pickup days will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

A little bit about us

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help with my 3 year old daughter Chasity, she attends an early childhood special needs program for autism and speech delay. The school bus
will drop her off at the corner of our street. I need reliable and long term help with this during the school year season. You would show up at 11am to the bus stop (Arrives at 11:10am) to receive her and stay at my house with her until 5pm -5:30pm. I have lunch and snacks already laid out to make it as easy as possible. She wears pull ups and I need help with potty training (if you are willing) and just providing her great care while I'm working. After school is out for summer it will change and we can discuss what works for us both.
