A little bit about me
I’m Juli, or ”Nonni” as the grands call me. I’m a loving and nurturing grandmother with over 20 years of experience, including extensive time with newborns. I cared for my oldest granddaughter from the time she was 8 weeks old when her mom went back to work. My six granddaughters, ranging from 11 years old to 16 months, absolutely love having sleepovers at my place—they never want to leave! As a professional singer and actor, I bring a lot of fun and animation to my interactions, which the little ones really enjoy. I’m all about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where your child can thrive and feel cherished. As a bonus, I’m really good with animals of all kinds. I can’t wait to meet you and bring my warmth and expertise to your family!

A little bit about me
I am a certified teacher currently working full time at mental health facility teaching life skills. I am looking to start off as a weekend nanny and slowly transition away from teaching, to become a full time live in nanny.
I absolutely love children and animals. I highly value learning and am more than willing to teach life skills including budgeting, driving, and cooking.
While my expertise is older teens, I enjoy looking after my six nieces and nephews; four of which are under six. As a part of my degree program I have taken multiple classes on early childhood development.
I love being outdoors and experiencing new things. Aquariums, museums, and theme parks are my absolute favorite.
I am currently under contract in Liberty Hill, but I live in Cedar Park. I am only available after 5pm on weekdays AND anytime between Friday 5pm and midnight Sunday.
Thank you for reading and have a blessed day!

Understand Nanny Responsibilities in Cedar Park, TX
Before beginning the search for a nanny, it’s important to understand what you’re looking for and if a nanny is the right choice for your child care needs. In hiring a nanny, first, you should think through what responsibilities you expect your nanny to handle. With that information, you can create a profile so that nannies can reach out to you. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to communicate these expectations with your nanny before hiring them. Along with the different duties that you ask for, experience and location can impact how much you should pay your nanny.
Cedar Park Nanny Interviews
Once you start connecting with prospective nannies, the next step is a nanny interview. To make things a bit easier, here’s a list of some nanny interview questions to consider asking:
- Do you have experience being a nanny?
- How do you handle tantrums? Can you share an experience disciplining children?
- What sort of household tasks are you open to doing?
- Are you open to a live in arrangement in Cedar Park? Do you have experience being a live in nanny?
- Are you open to being a nanny in a nanny share?
- Do you have any references?
- Are you trained in First Aid or CPR in Cedar Park?
- Do you have a driver’s license in TX? Do you own a car?
- What salary are you seeking? Are you open to being paid through direct-deposit, pay stubs?
- What are your expectations around over-time pay and vacation time?
During the hiring process, it’s essential to ask for references, and by asking their references questions you gain a better understanding of they will fit in your family. As you get closer to hiring a nanny, be sure to run a background check to ensure your kids are in good hands. When evaluating a prospective nanny, it’s essential to make sure you’re setting the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny. You can do this by being clear about your expectations around nanny responsibilities and compensation, and of course, by being friendly and welcoming! And of course, as you learn how to hire a nanny, Nanny Lane's nanny services are here to help you along the way.
Daycare vs. Hiring a Nanny
Choosing between putting your child in daycare and hiring a nanny can be a tough decision. While nannies are often more expensive, they provide individualized attention and flexibility. Daycares, on the other hand, prioritize socialization. Our Nanny vs Daycare guide can help you determine what's best for your family.
