We're Sean and LeeAnna — a family-centered household looking for a warm, energetic Nanny + Household Manager to grow with us.

At the heart of our home is Sloane, our one-year-old who is silly, fiercely independent, and wildly curious. She loves books, climbing, and exploring everything — and we need someone who meets her right there.

As two working professionals with demanding careers and a dad who travels often, we need someone dependable and genuinely invested in our family.

What we're looking for:
• Toddler development experience
• Baby sign language
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Weekly activities & play date coordination
• Daily communication with both parents
• Light household support (tidying, dishes, laundry)
• A warm spirit — Tías, cousins, neighbors & grandparents pop in often. Everybody loves Sloane, and we need someone who embraces the whole village.
