A little bit about us

I would need assistance for after school and weekends that’s Monday-Friday 3pm-730pm sat-sun 10Am-2pm depending on traffic
The 7 year old is a very good listener he just is a lazy reader and try to trick you so his homework is regularly double checked by me. He enjoys youtube but has limited screen time it is considered a reward for doing his homework.
The 5 year old enjoys homework but will try and puppy eye you in order to get what he wants. He is a very sweet boy but not a good listener he also has limited screen time.
I would just expect someone to watch them after school I would try my best to provide snacks if I’m unable to you will be reimbursed make sure the homework is done and both practice one page of writing and read one children’s book and if they are listening and giving good behavior then they may play games on their tablets or watch supervised YouTube. I would not want them around any other adults that I have not been able to authorize. And if playing with older kids monitored closely

I will be working from home 3 days a week and going in the office the other two. As of right now I'm thinking something like 3:00 or 4 hours a day on the 3 days from home (Weds, Thurs, Fri). I do not know if we will want the additional help on the other two days. So I will be present in the home, but on my computer in the bedroom and possibly taking meetings. I'm flexible as to when those three or four hours are, but sometimes it may need to be specific because of meetings. As of right now the plan is to have someone watching my three and a half year old identical twins while I work. And alternative arrangement depending on the time would be picking up my other kids from school. We do have a dog who will need to go out to go to the bathroom every once in awhile. Beauty of this job is there's a lot of flexibility and wiggle room to accommodate your schedule and mine. I think this job would be ideal for a college student. There may be additional hours available as we figure out the schedule and the needs with my new job.
