A little bit about us
We are looking for a patient, motivated, and organized nanny to join our family for part-time, occasional help.
Our daughter is almost 4 and loves the outdoors, arts and crafts, and storytelling. We’re looking for a caregiver who is a great role model—someone who is naturally organized and "chill," helping us encourage those same good habits in her.
The Schedule & Flexibility
We’re looking for someone who can help out during late afternoons/evenings on weekdays, with some mornings and evenings on weekends. We value flexibility and clear communication—we only ask that you commit to shifts you are truly available for and show up on time.
How You'll Help
• Active Play: Getting outside, crafting, and storytelling.
• Light Housework: Keeping the home tidy and the ecosystem running (laundry, meal prep, wiping counters, maintaining floors, and walking the dog).
• Modeling Habits: Bringing a calm, organized energy to the home.
• Bonus: If you speak a second language, we’d love for you to share that!
The "Take Care" Factor
We believe in a "take care of us and we’ll take care of you" philosophy.
We are looking for a reliable, communicative partner who wants to build a great relationship with our family, even if the schedule is occasional.
Interested? Send us a message with your general availability and a bit about your experience. We’re excited to find someone who is a great match for our daughter's energy!

A little bit about us
We have a toddler and are expecting a baby. I am a stay-at-home mom, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable collaborating with us in our home. We also have two small dogs.
Note: Most childcare will take place at home. While neighborhood walks or time in our yard are wonderful, we're looking for someone who enjoys engaging our child at home rather than regularly visiting library story times, playgrounds, etc.
We're flexible in designing the role for the right candidate and are open to either:
Option 1: Approximately 9-20 hours/week (~3-4 hours/day, Mon–W/Th/Fri) focused on caring for our toddler, often while a parent is also home.
Option 2: Approximately 24-40 hours/week (~6-8 hours/day, Mon–W/Th/Fri) with about half the day dedicated to childcare and half to housekeeping. For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys true housekeeping and house cleaning—not just tidying.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is kind, patient, and enjoys working with young children
- Has excellent references and a completed background check
- Is dependable and proactive
- (For the hybrid role) Is comfortable switching between childcare and housecleaning
If either role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
