We are a family relocating from Chicago to the Quail Hollow neighborhood of Charlotte and are seeking a full-time nanny to start June 15. The position will primarily involve caring for our 9‑month‑old child, with partial care for our 4‑year‑old son, who attends preschool. Responsibilities include afternoon preschool pickup and occasional full-day care for both children when school is not in session. The nanny must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Additional duties include children’s laundry, parent laundry, and light kitchen cleanup related to the children. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced with infants and young children.

We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twins in north Charlotte just south of Huntersville. We have a dog and a cat in the house, which you would not be expected to care for, but you would need to be comfortable with. I work one week on (10hr shifts Tues-Tues) followed by one week off, while my husband works a typical 9a-5p. In an ideal world we would have someone who is willing to work ~8:30-6 M-Fr one week and then part time the following week resulting in around 60-70hrs of work over 2wks. Bottle prep, loading and unloading bottle washer and helping with the boys laundry, would be expected. Huge plus if you have experience with multiples!

We are a smoke free household. Currently not allowing any screen time for our boys. We would expect anyone watching our kids to be up to date on all vaccines including flu. We are not requiring the covid vaccine. Reliability is very important to us so having your own car is a must. The oldest is potty trained (mostly) and the baby is still in diapers. The baby takes a combination of formula and solids. They are sweet, smart, and playful, and they do best when they’re able to run around outside! We also have 2 dogs and 3 cats but don’t need much in regards to pet care other than making sure the cats don’t get out, and maybe shuffling the dogs up/down stairs so they don’t bark during naps, etc.
