A little bit about us

WFH mom welcoming a professional Infant nanny to care for our baby, and support his developmental needs, starting around 8 weeks old. You'll be the primary caregiver during work hours, with a parent present in the home.
Requirements:
2+ years of infant-specific experience (newborns to 12 months)
Current infant CPR & First Aid certification required
Confident with safe sleep, newborn handling, feeding cues and maintaining nap schedule
Comfortable supporting a breastfeeding/pumping household, with paced bottle feeding, breast milk handling
Experience with developmental play for 02 - 06-month-old (tummy time, narrated caregiving, sensory activities)
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable with a daily care log

We value someone who comes with knowledge, so our baby has consistent, developmentally-aware care. References required
