We're open to either a nanny share (full-time M–F, 8:00–4:30, costs split with another family) or a part-time solo nanny (about 3 days/week, 8:00–4:30, since my wife and mother in law will cover the other days).
Day-to-day would be lots of warm, hands-on play — tummy time, stroller walks, reading, songs — plus naps, bottles, and easing into solids. We also have a tiny, super gentle mini dachshund who mostly naps, so being comfortable around a small friendly dog is a must.
