We are a family in Oxford, PA seeking a dependable, engaging caregiver for morning childcare for our two children (one under 2, one 4 years old). Schedule: 8:00 AM12:00 PM, 4 days per week, with the option for an additional 12 hours (12-2 PM) on 2 days per week caring for one child while the other naps. Pay: $20-25/hour, depending on experience. About Our Family: We value education, curiosity, and kindness. We are a secular household and are looking for someone who supports inclusive, human-rights-affirming values and can help facilitate age-appropriate early learning and exploration with our 4-year-old. Ideal Candidate: Experience with toddlers and preschoolers, interest in early learning or child development, reliable, communicative, and nurturing. CPR/First Aid.
