A little bit about us
Expectations would be educational play with the children, housekeeping, occasional errands, and driving kids to and from school. Helping with breakfast and lunch. We don’t want our children to watch TV and would prefer that they spend some time outside every day. Someone who seeks feedback, lives wholesome standards, and loves to have fun is crucial. We really need a nurturer and someone our kids really like. They’re the real decision makers!
I’d especially love someone with the capacity to help with some personal assistant things and if you’re available at random times for last minute kid watching it’d be perfect!
We will pay $7/hour for the first week of training, $10/hour for the second week, and $15/hour after. If things are going great then we can talk about pay raises after 3 months.
Because of naps and school we’re looking most of the time there will only be two kids at a time.

The oldest girl is homeschooled via the school district so she needs help and redirection as any 12 year old would
The youngest is home schooled as well via online and is in first grade. So observation and checking in to see if she is on task is needed
The two also have random activities that they are scheduled for on days as well
While the kids are online for school we would love if the nanny was able to do some light house cleaning just to keep things tidy
We ideally are looking for a live in nanny/ house manager kind of person but live in isn’t absolutely necessary.
One parent run a successful company. while the other is a Nurse who works full time. We live a pretty fast paced life and can wait to find the person support person for us
