A little bit about us

Hello! We're looking for a responsible lady to help make our day-to-day easier. I have a 2 year old who is very active and we're looking for someone who is also active, enjoys doing different activities other than tv all the time, healthy and fit-following him around the yard, going on walks, playing in sandbox, and just making sure he is kept busy and not sitting around. We will open our beautiful home to the right person who desires to make our lives a bit easier.

I work from home and need someone to come to us to nanny inside our home with him for maybe 4 hours a day and maybe 2 days a week (I'm not totally sure on the schedule and I hope to work with yours!). No evenings. Hopefully we can find someone in our 74012 area that doesn't have to drive too far.

I would also prefer someone with a religious background, preferably Christian or Muslim because that is what I would feel comfortable with. He's a very easy toddler and you do not have to be certified at all. Just looking for someone preferably young, active, engaging, and who fits our budget. Don't need super credentials! We are a family that tries to eat clean and have a clean and peaceful environment. We prefer someone who will jump in to do light cleaning up after my son, like if you see a toy that's been laying around for awhile, you'll help put it away or clean up any crumbs you see. Also, tidying up the house before you leave is such a bonus! Love that!

My main things I need is someone reliable so I can make appointments and things in the future once my son is comfortable with you. I also like people who have good work ethic and keep my son busy! I'm a millennial and growing up, no matter what my job was, I tried to take great pride in it and I have old fashioned values like that. I'm not a helicopter mom at all and I believe kids should explore and my son tends to be pretty careful anyways.

Also: a picture is worth a thousand words and I tend to ignore profiles that do not have a photo of you!

- Pick-up and drop-off as needed based on Lucy's therapy/school schedule, I am generally available to drop-off Lucy at her school, and to drop-off and pick-up Leo.
- Personal care assistance (meal preparation, bathroom support, dressing, hygiene) for Lucy
- Structured play, emotional regulation support, and enrichment for Lucy
- Helping maintain consistency and familiarity in Lucy's daily routine.

Compensation will be handled through a combination of insurance reimbursement for eligible services and competitive private pay.

The ideal person has strong experience with autistic children, patience, creativity, and the ability to blend caregiving with gentle, structured teaching where the opportunity presents itself.
