A little bit about us

*Currently looking for temp back up care for a few weeks this summer when our current nanny is traveling.* Below is the full time opportunity my current nanny is hired for.

Hello! We are two work from home parents who are looking for someone to care for our two kids ~35-40 hours a week Monday - Friday. Ideally looking for 9AM - 4PM M-Th, and 9AM - 3PM on Fridays but can be flexible (8am vs 9am, etc). We live in the wonderful neighborhood of Tehaleh.

Our eldest daughter goes to outdoor Farm School M/W/F half days. She is an outgoing, fun and loving child who loves to sing, perform and do arts/crafts. Our youngest is coming into herself and changing everyday. She loves to part of everything big sister does. Our family also has two elderly dogs, tries our best to eat healthy (limited seed oils, no dyes, etc) and limits screen time during the day.

Ideally we are looking for someone to be their consistent companion/friend, lead and teach them but let them be kids. Our current nanny is very close to our eldest and has been with us for over 2.5 years. She is pregnant and starting her own family (we are so excited for her!) and is stepping away from being a nanny. We hope the next nanny will be a similar long term fit.

In addition to the hourly rate, we also will provide 7 days paid vacation a year. We travel a few times a year and like to bring our nanny with us if possible (not a requirement to travel). We love someone who is proactive, on time, loves to have fun, be silly and thoughtful.

Some of additional details we are looking for:
Hourly rate ($20/hr+) depends on experience
A clean driving record is required.
Prior nanny experience isn't required but some form of caregiving experience is (sibling, nanny, babysitting, etc).
Fun, outgoing personality who isn't afraid to get out into the weather with the girls.
Homeschooling background a plus
