Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to his development and growth.
Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including feeding, napping, diaper changing, and playtime activities.
Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, including sterilizing bottles, washing baby laundry, and tidying up toys and baby essentials.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the baby's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Adhere to any specific parenting preferences or instructions provided by the parents regarding feeding, sleep training, and other childcare practices.
Occasionally assist with light household chores such as meal preparation.
Requirements:
Experience in newborn care, understanding of infant development, feeding schedules, and sleep routines.
Certification in infant CPR and First Aid.
Excellent references from previous childcare positions.
A warm and nurturing demeanor, with a genuine love for children.
Available to work weekdays.
Must be ok with our family dog in the house.
Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

My wife and I are both professionals and are in the office each day my wife getting off at 430 each day. I also have to travel occassionally which places an added burden.
