Hi there! I do want to put out there that I am 14 -15 this year-, but I am really reliable and do have a considerable amount of experience. I love working with children and I’m very careful and attentive when watching a child. I think it’s a lot easier for me to connect with them because of my age and they seem to get comfortable with me very quickly. I sadly can’t say that I can create a full course meal for your kids without maybe a recipe, but I can definitely cook small things and you have my word that I won’t let them go hungry. Plus I love to bake. In short, I hope you consider me as a viable option when it comes to the care and safety of your children. 😁

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I did babysit my siblings growing up, am usually in charge of the kids at family gatherings, and have started tutoring a preschooler recently and I believe it’s going well :). I also worked alongside adults with my old church’s youth group where we would do fun activities and take the kids on field trips.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me most is kind of a tie between safety and the connections I create with families. Going to someone else’s home to take care of their children anything could happen. There are super clumsy kids, super messy kids, and definitely super difficult kids and I’d never want a kid to get hurt on my watch. But at the same time being there to watch these kids grow up and for them to see me as a friend or a sibling is also really important. So it’s a hard tie between the two.

My experience with special needs children...

I’m sorry to say I don’t have much experience with special needs children so I don’t believe I’m the best choice for this at my age now. But I do wish to become more educated on this matter as I wish to be capable of taking care of any and all children.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One time I was babysitting my little sister and my niece that I consider my sister as well. I had been cleaning all day because it was the weekend and I was off school, so I let them play in my room while I cleaned the rest of the house. I kept going in to check on them, gave them snacks, and I even gave them the paint set I got from school to keep them busy. Then, when I was done, I sent my sister to shower and I brought my niece to the other bathroom to give her a bath because she’s not old enough to do if herself yet, she’ll just play the whole time. Once both the home, and the kids were clean, I sat down and played Roblox with them until it was bedtime. As I tucked in my niece she said she loved me and I’m the best sister ever and when I put my sister to bed she said I’m her favorite sister and it made me so happy after everything I had done that day
