My most recent experience was being a nanny for a 2 year old and a 5 month old. I was previously a paraprofessional in an elementary setting. Prior to this school year, for 2 years I was a camp counselor at YMCA Camp Woodstock, a sleep away camp in Woodstock, CT. I was in charge of 12-15 children at a time, between the ages of 5-12.
In 2019, I was an Au Pair for 3 months in Hamburg, Germany for two young boys.

When I was an Au Pair, I had my own living space in the house, but on Saturdays (my "off" days), the boys would always love wake me up with a German song. I never really knew what they were saying, as my German was new, but it was the best wakeup alarm I've ever had.
