"Ally started babysitting for my children when they were about 3 and 7. They always had a great time with her. She was attentive to them and that was always most important to us. Ally is a very kind and genuine person."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Hello! I volunteered for Girls on on the Run program a few years ago. This program prepares young women to run a 5K at the end of the year. Being an instructor I lead different activities involving team work skills as well as incorporating strength exercises. For example I would have each of the girls run laps and after finishing a lap they would either have to encourage a team mate in some way i.E giving them a high-five or yell out one of their strengths. I have also worked part time as an after school care leader at the YMCA during college.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Dancing to Zumba or take a walk in the park.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think for me making an impact on families directly is huge! It truly is an honor to work with the younger population to help them thrive and learn new life skills. Communicating with children to let them know they are cared for loved and in a safe place to be themselves while helping out couples has been the coolest job and want to continue doing this kind of work
My experience with special needs children...
I used to be a swim instructor for kids with Autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I honestly loved reading and telling stories before a nap time. Or playing the silent game. There are so many, in general creating moments of laughter and memories of adventures. I will refrain from names but I remember taking this little girl to the park and she was afraid to climb onto a climbing rock in the park so I went to the top with her and she was so excited about getting to the top conquering some fears!
