More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was raised in an in-home daycare and began my professional journey in licensed childcare centers, working with infants through school-age children. I later transitioned into behavioral therapy, supporting autistic children and their families, eventually managing a clinic. For the past several years, I’ve worked as a professional nanny full time care, newborn support, and managing daily routines, schedules, meal prep, developmental activities, light housekeeping, and family errands. I approach each role with a nurturing, organized, and proactive mindset, always aiming to create a calm, supportive home environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking kids on walks, spending time in nature, visiting libraries, museums, nature centers, children’s museums, the zoo, aquarium, butterfly pavilion, and farmers markets. We also enjoy music and swim classes, play gyms, bounce houses, and plenty of time at the park!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is building trust and connection with both the child and the family. I care deeply about creating a calm, supportive environment where kids feel safe to be themselves and grow at their own pace. I love being part of their everyday world, helping shape routines, guiding their development, and being a steady presence they can count on.
My experience with special needs children...
I have hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum, including those with sensory processing challenges, speech delays, and behavioral needs. I provided 1:1 in-home ABA therapy and worked closely with families, therapists, and other caregivers to support each child’s unique goals and daily routines in a compassionate, consistent way.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments was at music class with a toddler I’d cared for since infancy. As we were getting settled in, they turned to someone nearby and proudly said, ‘This is my nanny!’ It was such a sweet reminder of how much they absorb from our time together and how these little everyday adventures become lasting memories for them.
