A little bit about me

I’m a loving, nurturing, and supportive career nanny. Children are my life!! Supporting you and your family is my only concern and receives my full attention. I have spent my life since high school caring for children. After my US Naval career ended in 2018, I entered into the childcare workforce and I haven’t stopped since. Safety and I go hand in hand because I am proactive. I pursued my degree in early childhood education. I’ve used that knowledge to add to what families have already done. I am a supporting actress in your show. I am experienced in lesson planning fundamentally appropriate activities for all age groups. I enjoy outings like museums, the park, fun indoor quality time. No request is too great for my families. I think of children as little adults who just want to be heard, I am here to listen.

"Andrea is amazing! She’s the only one I know that can keep a 3 y/o who is normally glued to my hip focused enough to behave while we are in the same house (i used her services while I was home doing house work as well as for date nights. ) she is very professional, trustworthy and teaches as she provides care."

"Andrea has been a true GEM sent from above, She is kind, very intelligent, funny, loving & personable. I have two girls and from the very first introduction they fell in love. She has always been there to help us and always tries to accommodate myself & my children. Within the time we’ve met what started off as our Nanny/sitter had become a family like bond for my kids as well as myself. I went through a very rough time physically and Andrea would offer to bring me food, come on her off days just to get the girls fed and ready for bed so I can rest. If you all are thinking about going with anyone else you are going to be missing out on an extraordinary human being. We love her tons."

I have worked as a career nanny for over 15 years but consistently since 2018. I have amazing references from all different backgrounds, age groups, and from coast to coast. I provide 24 hour care for families. I was a voluntary cheerleading coach while serving in the military. I also taught children’s Bible study as well.

Playing basketball, soccer, baseball, football (I have scrapes on my knees, lol), I’m athletic so almost any sport. Swimming activities. Manicures and pedicures. Cooking and baking.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is keeping your children happy, safe, and motivating them to develop new skill but perfecting old ones as well.

My experience with special needs children...

I cared for my brother as a teenager and a few years into adulthood. He was diagnosed with autism from an early age. I have also cared for children with various backgrounds like ADD, ADHD, SPD, heart murmurs, chronic migraines, severe allergies. Patience and understanding is the key.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Teaching a child that I helped raise from birth to walk. This is a lifelong skill that I pride myself on. If gives me pride that I taught them.
