The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important part about being a nanny/babysitter is being able to gain trust from the family and being able to provide and be there for a family whenever they need. Which includes being there for the family if something comes up or if an emergency happens while babysitting.

I've looked after children aged 3 months to 17 years. I have volunteered at an after school program, where I worked with children either visually impaired or deaf. I helped start and develop a youth group, worked at a respite program with over 20 kids at once, worked as a one on one aide in schools, and worked with kiddos with behaviors in the home.
