Hi, I’m Callie and about to be 20 years of age. I’ve worked in childcare for a few years and I love being able to help kids learn while figuring out their own personalities because they are all so different. That is one thing about being in child care you have to be able to pin point. Is the difference in even child, what works or doesn’t work for them, all while personally adapting to their needs. I’ve worked with special needs, adhd children, etc. I’ve worked for a company in my small town for a few years on top of babysitting on my own time. Not only do I get one on one time teaching and caring for someone’s child while they handle their jobs, family situations, etc…. I get to inform the parent new ways to redirect certain behaviors they may not understand or new ways a teaching that works for their child. Everyone needs that insight once in a while.

I love doing whatever they love to do. As a care taker I believe it;s okay to participate in a child's activity with them because it builds trust and a lasting bond.
