I have worked with mentally challenged kids and adults for a few years. I am pursuing my college degree at OSUIT to get my registered nursing license. I have three teenagers myself. I have watched plenty of kids. I love making time to add some math or reading into the day. By counting how many items of food are on the kids' plates or just by reading stories.

Walking for sure, and if you have a dog, they may also come on our walk, as I love animals. Going to the park in a safe neighborhood. I love reading to the little ones.

For me, it is keeping the child safe, nurtured, and supported in their daily development. Staying alert and making good decisions in real time to protect the child. Another key part is clear communication with the family, making sure everyone is on the same page about routines, expectations, and the child's safety. A great nanny becomes a steady, reliable presence who helps the household run smoothly while giving the child a safe, warm, and enriching environment to grow.
