More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have babysat for over 4 years, I have been nannying for the past year and have served in Childcare at multiple different churches and homeschool co-ops

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love keeping children engaged with fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities. Some of my favorite indoor activities include arts and crafts, reading stories, building forts, baking, board games, sensory play, and imaginative play. Outdoors, I enjoy taking children to the playground, going on walks, playing sports and games, riding bikes or scooters, using sidewalk chalk, blowing bubbles, and exploring nature. I strive to create a balance of fun, learning, and physical activity while making sure children feel safe, happy, and cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel safe, loved, and understood. I want every child in my care to know they have someone they can trust and rely on. Whether we're playing, learning, or simply spending time together, I strive to create a positive environment where children can grow, have fun, and be themselves.

My experience with special needs children...

I have no experience as of right now, but would love to learn!

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is arriving and having the kids run up to greet me with excitement. It always makes me smile knowing they are happy to see me and feel comfortable around me. I also love the quieter moments, especially rocking babies to sleep and helping them feel safe and calm. Building those trusting relationships and being someone children look forward to spending time with is one of the most rewarding parts of childcare for me.
