I have over 7 years of professional childcare experience, including the last 3 years as a Lead Montessori Infant Teacher, where I’ve had the privilege of fostering children’s independence, confidence, and love for learning through the Montessori philosophy.
In addition to my Montessori experience, I have completed 60 hours of RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) Foundations: Theory and Observation training, which has strengthened my understanding of respectful, relationship-based infant and toddler care. This training has equipped me with the skills to thoughtfully observe children, support their natural development, and build trusting, meaningful relationships through responsive caregiving. I am currently continuing classes with RIE to become a RIE Associate.
