My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with children ages, 1-10 with varying levels of autism spectrum disorder. I have experience in handling self injurious behavior, as well as other behaviors, such as aggression, and property destruction. I also carry a registered behavioral technician license, and focused largely on functional communication skills with non-verbal cues, gestures, sign language, as well as speech generative devices (talkers). I am well-versed in sensory seeking and Stimming behaviors. I’m not afraid to join in and connect with a child on their level (even if that means stimming with them).
