I love children, and children love me. I am 53y/o “stay @ home mom.” My kids grew up…I’m an empty nester. I loved my job! I love children. I’ve am a Sunday School Teacher for 20 yrs. I now teach pre k & k students. My paid nanny days I helped potty train 3 toddlers. I was a nursery supervisor at a resort. I taught 2&3 y/o’s in the nursery.Now, my body tells me otherwise which is why I’m targeting slightly older children as I can’t carry them all day anymore. I believe in getting children out to play. Guided/teaching conversations (if applicable) as we/they play. Interacting with others and teaching them right from wrong by redirecting with kindness. I am a good communicator to adapt to whatever age your child is. I was level 2 volunteer with PCSB(background checked). Allowing me to work with all kids 1 on 1 or in groups. Room mom all my kids elementary years. Chaperone for all field trips, and school activities. CPR certified for 14 years.Not updated at the moment but I will if need.

Children’s ministry 20 years now-current) teach pre K-k students. Children’s Pastors Conference approx. 10 years for Children’s Ministry. 3,days of workshops learning many teaching skills on many topics from teaching autistic children to cyber safety with pre teens,many topics in between. I’m interested caring for your older children (3-18)to pick up from school or drive to activities, homework help, library for story time or books near a park, meal prep(good cook), parks for play time/play dates, guided conversations to teach any issues they may have, issues navigating friendships, respect, problem solving, and activities. Whatever the time of day needed for you and their schedule I can do.

Getting to know the sweet side of every child and watch them grow into it even more as time allows. My favorite moments of nannying is when I know that the child(ren)feel(s) safe and trust me to be their authentic self around me with joy.
