A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Destiny Jackson, a 19-year-old college student with a genuine love for working with children. I have hands-on experience caring for kids of all ages and have helped raise several children, including four children with autism—one of whom is my little sister. This has taught me patience, flexibility, and how to meet each child where they are.
I’m currently a freshman at Alabama A&M University majoring in Biology, with plans to become an Occupational Therapist. I also work as a student assistant, which has helped me develop strong time-management, communication, and responsibility skills. I plan to obtain my CPR certification as well.
I’m available most afternoons and can help with homework, playtime, meal prep, bedtime routines, carpooling, and light cleaning. I always strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.
