My engagement with the children I care for is all about thier learning, changing & growing needs. I have extensive experience from newborns all the way thru grade school. I spend my time on the floor with the babies, as the learn to roll, crawl, and sit. They have my every attention. They're infant needs and struggles weather teething, tummy issues, sleep training and such are met with gentle care. As they grow and learn and play I spend my time teaching them all the new things they find curious about and a big believer in early childhood brain development.
Thier nutritional needs are also very much a big part of thier development, with teaching them the healthy options for a strong mind and body.
