in my opinion the most important part of being a nanny is that you make sure the kid is cared for and not just doing it for the money, along with following the parents instructions and what they would like from you.

special needs children can tend to be hard and challenging more than others, but they are still a child and will be treated and cared for the same. ive had a few act out but they were an easy fix, i would usually sit down and have a talk with them.
