I love the outdoors! I enjoy going on walks, playing and spending time outside with the children I babysit. I also enjoy dancing, playing music or painting with them. There are many activities we can do to keep them entertained and have fun filled days!

The most important part of being a nanny for me is to make sure that the children are safe and well taken care of. Their safety is my #1 concern.
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat on the regular for a family that has 3 special needs children. These kids came from the Foster Care system, and have quite a bit of trauma. Dealing with behavior and outbursts with love and compassion, knowing it was the trauma coming out was difficult to learn. Over a few weeks, I was able to navigate their behavior and enjoy a peaceful group of kids.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would be taking the kids out to pick out rocks from the river and we took them home and painted them! It was a great adventure and allowed the children to be creative!
