I took Child Development during my freshman year, and I am currently in my sophomore year! In Child Development, we study how children grow and change physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially from birth through adolescence. As part of the class, we get to work at the YMCA daycare, where we watch and take care of kids. At the end of the semester, we even get to bring a baby doll home and take care of it as if it were a real baby.
