Activities I enjoy doing with children...
When it comes to younger children I like to do activities that revolve around motor skills, water play, sand play, outside time, and learning. When it comes to older children I like to implement ideas of what fun things we could do, I strongly believe that every child is different, different interests, different needs, different desires. I like to let the child lead in the activities once their older so we can do what best meets their interests.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is that the children know they are loved and safe. It’s extremely important to me that when any child is cared for they are happy and ecstatic about it. That they know they can be them selves, that they can have fun. That that they can be the kid they are supposed to be.

The most important part about being a nanny...
It’s always hard to choose a favorite moment as a nanny.
I was a nanny for a very young single mom who had no assistance and no guidance. I started nannying for her the day after her son turned 1. He was not walking, crawling, eating solids, talking or reaching the milestones that he should be. During the interview process with his mom she spoke to me about her concerns thinking her baby was delayed. By the time he tuned 14 months. He was walking crawling, walking, eating everything he could, speaking (5 words), and reaching every milestone!
I have many favorite memories as a nanny, most being seeing these sweet babies grow & thrive. Bonding with them. A child’s love is so precious and unique. To be able to watch a child grow, meet their milestones, burst out a personality, and grow into the perfect little human they are designed to be is the number one reason I love working with children.
